3. Processing of Notices

– Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly.
– We will notify the affected seller/buyer and provide them with a copy of the notice.
– Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated permanently.

4. No Liability for Good-Faith Actions

We act in good faith when removing content based on a DMCA notice. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the removal of content that was mistakenly identified as infringing.
