At SellMyCode.net, we are committed to ensuring both buyers and sellers have a smooth and reliable experience. This Support Policy outlines what you can expect from us and from sellers when support is needed.

1. General Support Rules
– **Support is provided by the product author (seller)** – not SellMyCode.net.
When you purchase a product, you are buying directly from the author. They are responsible for providing support and updates.
– **All products include free support from the author** for **6 months** from the date of purchase (unless stated otherwise in the item description).
– After 6 months, the author may offer paid support or extended support packages at their discretion.

2. What Support Includes
Authors are expected to assist with:
– Installation and setup issues
– Bug fixes for reported issues
– Basic “how-to” questions related to the product
– Compatibility problems with standard environments (as listed in item requirements)
– Providing updates for security or critical bugs

3. What Support Does NOT Include
Authors are **not required** to provide:
– Customization or new feature development
– Integration with third-party plugins/themes not listed in the item description
– Support for heavily modified or “nulled” versions of their code
– Ongoing maintenance beyond the included support period
– Help with server configuration, hosting issues, or domain setup
– Refunds (see our Refund Policy)

4. Response Time
– Sellers must respond to support requests **within 48 hours** (2 business days).
– If a seller fails to respond or resolve legitimate issues within **7 days**, you may open a support ticket with SellMyCode.net staff for mediation.

5. How to Get Support
1. Use the **Comments tab** or **Support tab** on the product page.
2. Include:
– Your purchase code/license key
– Clear description of the issue
– Screenshots or video (if possible)
– Access details (if needed and you feel comfortable)
3. If the seller is unresponsive or unhelpful after 7 days → contact us at **[email protected]** with your order number and full conversation history.

6. Our Role in Support
SellMyCode.net acts as a mediator when:
– The seller is unresponsive for more than 7 days
– The product is clearly defective or not as described
– There is a dispute over support obligations

In such cases, we may:
– Extend your support period
– Issue a partial or full refund (at our discretion)
– Remove the product from the marketplace if quality standards are not met

7. Reporting Bad Support
If you believe a seller is consistently providing poor or no support, please report it to **[email protected]**. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
