Refund and Returns Policy

SellMyCode.net is a marketplace for digital products (source code, scripts, templates, plugins, apps, etc.). Because these products are instantly delivered and can be copied, **refunds are strictly limited**.

1. No Refunds for Downloaded Products

Once a digital product has been successfully downloaded or accessed, **no refund will be issued**, even if you later change your mind, find the product unsuitable, or experience buyer’s remorse.

2. Eligible Refund Reasons (within 30 days only)

You may request a refund **only** in the following cases and **within 30 days from the purchase date**:

– The product is **not as described** (e.g., missing core features explicitly promised in the listing).
– The product is **completely non-functional** (does not work at all under normal conditions and the seller fails to provide a fix within 7 days).
– The file is **corrupted or cannot be opened** (and the seller does not provide a working replacement within 7 days).

3. Non-Eligible Refund Reasons

No refund will be granted for:

– “I changed my mind” or “I no longer need it.”
– “I didn’t read the description / system requirements.”
– “I don’t know how to install or use it.”
– Minor bugs or issues that the seller is willing to fix.
– Compatibility issues caused by your own server/environment modifications.
– Purchases made more than 30 days ago.

 4. Refund Process

1. Open a support ticket with the seller first (they have 7 days to resolve the issue).
2. If unresolved, contact SellMyCode.net support at [email protected] with:
– Order number
– Detailed explanation + screenshots/video proof
– Evidence you attempted to resolve with the seller
3. Our team will review and make a final decision within 5 business days.
4. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (may take 5–10 business days).

5. Chargebacks & Account Actions

Filing a chargeback instead of following our refund process will result in immediate and permanent account suspension and removal of all download access.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if we determine the request is abusive or fraudulent.
