Download & Update Policy

  • The duration for which you can download or re-download a purchased product is determined by the author of that product.
  • Most authors provide 30 days of download access from the date of purchase. Some authors may offer longer periods (90 days, 1 year, or lifetime) — this will be clearly stated on the product page.
  • After the download period expires, access may be disabled unless the author chooses to extend it.
  • Whether a product receives future updates (bug fixes, new features, compatibility improvements) is entirely at the author’s discretion.
  • If the author provides updates, they will be available in your Account → Downloads section during your active download period.
  • Some authors commit to regular updates, others provide only the current version. This information is always displayed on the product page before purchase.
  • You retain permanent ownership and the right to use all files you successfully downloaded during the access period.
  • We keep a backup of every purchased version on our servers, so if you lose your files and the author has disabled further downloads, you can contact [email protected] with your order number and we will help restore access on a case-by-case basis.
  • Download your files as soon as possible after purchase.
  • Keep backups of everything you download.
  • Check the product page for the exact download period and update policy before buying.

Yes. All payments are processed through PayPal and Stripe – world-leading PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Tax is automatically calculated and added at checkout based on your country. Buyers are responsible for any applicable local taxes.

Yes! After every successful payment, a detailed invoice is automatically sent to your email and also available in Account → Orders.
