Does it work? Yes.
Does it look like the provided screenshot? No. The UI is very bad
Can you make changes to the code? Forget about it. This is probably the worst code I have ever seen. 0 comment and everything is cluttered up in one single activity. Code is written in java but the developer has no idea what OOP is. The methods name makes no sense. Variables names makes no sense. Methods name starts with capital letter. Thats all you need to know about the developer. The project looks like it was decompiled. I do not recommend buying this if you want to make your own changes like UI or add additional features.
