3. Pricing and Payments

Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your earnings, including reporting and remitting taxes as required by your jurisdiction.

4. Refunds and Disputes

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SellMyCode.net and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation as an Author, including loss of profits or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to you by us in the preceding 12 months.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SellMyCode.net, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

Your Content or its use by buyers.
Your violation of these Author Terms or other platform policies.
Any intellectual property or legal disputes related to your Content.
