This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for purchases made on SellMyCode. By purchasing products through SellMyCode, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Nature of Digital Products
SellMyCode is a digital marketplace for source code, scripts, and development assets. All products are digital downloads. Once a product is purchased and made available for download, it is considered delivered. Because digital products cannot be returned, all sales are generally final.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in these limited circumstances:
- Product not as described: Significantly different from the provided description.
- Corrupted or unusable files: Files are incomplete or broken, and the seller cannot resolve the issue.
- Duplicate purchase: Accidental double purchase of the same product.
- Technical issues: Platform technical errors preventing access to the file.
All requests are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.
Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be granted for change of mind, lack of technical skill to use the code, personal dissatisfaction with design/features (if matching description), failure to read the description, or if files were modified after download.
Request Process
Submit requests within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@sellmycode.net. Include your order number, product name, and a clear description/screenshot of the issue.
