Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Premium membership?
It is a recurring subscription that lets you download any item listed in the Premium category — such as Web Templates, Code Scripts, Automations, Email Templates, Illustrations, Fonts and Mockups — within your daily download limit, for as long as your subscription stays active.
What can I download with it?
Everything in the Premium category, within your daily limit — plus a monthly number of Member Picks for selected marketplace items priced $3–$10, marked with a crown box on their page. Other paid listings must be purchased separately at their listed price.
How many Member Picks do I get?
Starter: 2 · Plus: 5 · Pro: 12 · Max: 30. Picks refill on your billing date. If you change plan mid-month, your new allowance counts the picks you already used.
How do daily download limits work?
Each plan has its own daily limit. Limits reset every 24 hours at midnight UTC and unused downloads do not roll over to the next day. Automated or bulk downloading is not allowed and may lead to suspension without a refund.
What can I do with the items I download?
You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license: use items in personal or commercial projects, modify them, use them across multiple projects and deliver end products to clients. You may not resell, redistribute or share the original files, or keep using them in new projects after your subscription ends.
How does billing and renewal work?
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis and renew automatically unless you cancel first. Prices are shown in USD and local taxes may apply. If a renewal payment fails, access is paused until payment succeeds.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep full access until then. There are no partial refunds for unused time, and items already used in ongoing projects can continue to be used.
