By creating an account, browsing, purchasing, or listing products on SellMyCode, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using SellMyCode on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

SellMyCode is a digital marketplace that allows developers ("Sellers") to list and sell code assets, scripts, templates, plugins, and software tools to buyers ("Buyers"). We act as a platform intermediary and are not a party to transactions between Sellers and Buyers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

To access certain features of SellMyCode, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with third parties
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform or other users.

4.1 Eligibility to Sell

To list products on SellMyCode, you must complete identity verification and connect a valid payment account. By submitting a product for sale, you represent that: You are the original creator of the work, or have obtained all necessary rights and licenses to sell it; The product does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights; The product does not contain malicious code, backdoors, or unauthorized data collection; All product descriptions, previews, and documentation are accurate and not misleading.

4.2 Product Review and Approval

All submissions are subject to review by our team before being published. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or delist any product that violates our guidelines, infringes third-party rights, or is otherwise deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Sellers will be notified of rejections with a reason provided where possible.

4.3 Pricing and Fees

Sellers set their own product prices. SellMyCode charges a commission fee on each completed sale. The current fee structure is available on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time with prior notice to Sellers.

4.4 Payouts

Earnings are paid out to your connected payment account according to our payout schedule. Payouts are subject to a minimum threshold and may be withheld in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations. SellMyCode is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.5 Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for: Providing adequate documentation and support for their products; Responding to buyer inquiries within a reasonable time; Maintaining product compatibility and issuing updates where necessary; Reporting and remitting applicable taxes on their earnings.

5.1 Purchases

All purchases on SellMyCode are final unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you agree that you have reviewed the product description, demo, and documentation, and that the product meets your requirements before buying.

5.2 Licenses

When you purchase a product on SellMyCode, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product according to the license terms specified by the Seller. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, you may not: Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the purchased code to third parties; Use the product in more projects than permitted by the purchased license tier; Remove or alter copyright notices, author credits, or license headers; Claim the work as your own original creation.

5.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once a product has been downloaded. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases where: The product is significantly different from its description; The product contains critical bugs that the Seller cannot or does not resolve; A duplicate purchase was made in error. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase via our support portal at sellmycode.net/support.

You agree not to use SellMyCode to: Upload, sell, or distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, or any malicious code; Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party; Engage in fraudulent transactions, chargebacks abuse, or identity misrepresentation; Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the platform; Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without authorization; Use the platform to promote spam, phishing, or deceptive practices; Engage in any conduct that violates applicable local, national, or international laws; Harass, threaten, or abuse other users of the platform.

All content on SellMyCode — including but not limited to the platform design, logo, interface, and editorial content — is owned by or licensed to SellMyCode and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform content without our explicit written permission.

Sellers retain ownership of the products they create and list on SellMyCode. By listing a product, Sellers grant SellMyCode a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute their products through the platform.

SellMyCode is not obligated to mediate disputes between Buyers and Sellers. However, we provide a support process to assist in resolving transaction-related issues. We encourage users to communicate directly to resolve disputes before escalating to our support team.

SellMyCode reserves the right to make final decisions on disputes at our discretion, including issuing or denying refunds and suspending accounts involved in repeated disputes.

SellMyCode provides its platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any product listed by a Seller will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellMyCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of the platform or any products purchased through it.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the platform or by email. Your continued use of SellMyCode after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
