Each SellMyCode user has a unique referral link available in their account dashboard. A referral is counted when:
Referral tracking is based on browser cookies. If a user clears their cookies, switches devices, or uses a different browser before registering, the referral may not be tracked. SellMyCode is not liable for untracked referrals due to browser or device changes.
You earn 20% of the sale value for every completed purchase made by a user you referred. Commission is calculated on the net sale price paid by the buyer, excluding any taxes, payment processing fees, or platform credits applied to the transaction.

Commissions are credited to your SellMyCode balance automatically after the transaction clears. There is no cap on the number of referrals or total commissions you can earn.
A referred user must register within 30 days of clicking your referral link for the referral to be counted. Once a referred user has registered, all future purchases made by that user will continue to generate commissions for you for as long as the referral relationship is active on the platform.
If a referred user was already registered on SellMyCode before clicking your link, the referral will not be counted.
Referral commissions are credited to your SellMyCode account balance and can be withdrawn along with your other earnings. Payouts are subject to:
Commissions from referred purchases that are subsequently refunded or reversed will be deducted from your balance accordingly. SellMyCode reserves the right to withhold commission payments in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the referral program and potential account suspension:
Any commissions earned through fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited and may result in permanent account termination.
When promoting SellMyCode through your referral link, you must:
SellMyCode reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, including changes to the commission rate. We will notify active participants of material changes via email or a notice on the platform.
Commissions already credited to your balance at the time of program termination will remain available for withdrawal subject to standard payout conditions. Pending commissions not yet cleared may be forfeited.
Your continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
