Install the plugin

In WordPress go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the ZIP you just downloaded, then activate it.

Create an API token

Open Settings → API Key, create a token and tick the updates permission. The token is shown once — copy it straight away.

Paste it in

In WordPress open the SellMyCode menu, paste the token and save. Available updates appear right away and on the usual Themes and Plugins screens.

Good to know

Only items you bought here are ever touched — everything else on the site is ignored.
Your licence to use an item never expires. When update support runs out you keep using it; only new versions are withheld until you renew.
The token lives on your site only. Remove it any time to disconnect, and delete it on SellMyCode to cut access instantly.
Authors need to attach an installable file to an item for it to be updatable this way.
