What expiry means
Once your download access period ends, the download link becomes inactive and the product can no longer be re-downloaded from your account. SellMyCode is unable to restore access to expired links, and an expired link does not entitle you to a refund or a free extension.
How to regain access
- If the product offers update support extensions, you can purchase an extension from the product page — your download access resumes for the extended period.
- Otherwise, the product can be purchased again at its listed price.
Avoiding expired links
- Download immediately after purchase and keep a local backup of the files.
- Watch for the reminder email — we notify you 3 days before your link expires.
- Keep your email up to date and make sure our messages are not going to spam; missed notifications due to an incorrect address or spam filtering are the buyer's responsibility.
- Check the exact expiry date anytime on your download page.
