Cancelling your membership

  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full Premium access until that date.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Your license after cancellation

The license for Premium items is tied to an active subscription:

  • You may keep using items already incorporated into completed projects or projects that were underway when you cancelled.
  • You may not use previously downloaded items in new projects after your subscription has ended.
  • You may resubscribe at any time to regain full usage rights and download access.

Failed renewal payments

If a renewal payment fails, Premium access is suspended until payment succeeds. You will be notified by email and given a grace period to update your payment details before the subscription is finalized as expired.
