What it does

Lead capture — every public form, phone call and walk-in becomes a tracked lead. Leads carry a source, a service type and an assigned staff member, so you always know where your work came from.

Automatic lead scoring — leads are ranked by source, budget and recency. The hot ones surface first, so your sales effort goes where it converts instead of where it is loudest.

Booking and scheduling — convert a lead into a scheduled job with technician assignment, date, time window, duration, status tracking and a customer-facing status page.

Job and technician management — track each job through its lifecycle — scheduled, in progress, completed, invoiced — with a full history per job and per customer.

Recurring services — set up recurring maintenance plans that generate jobs automatically on schedule, so maintenance agreements stop being manual.

CRM — a full customer record with every lead, job, invoice, payment and note attached to the same person. Search any customer and see their entire history in one place.

Invoicing and payments — generate branded invoices from a completed job, track partial and full payments, and see what is owed, overdue and outstanding. Invoice numbering and tax fields are configurable.

Dashboard and reporting — real numbers on leads, conversion, revenue, outstanding invoices and technician workload, with date-range filters and CSV export for your accountant.

Customer portal and service requests — customers can book, request a quote, and check job and invoice status themselves, which cuts inbound phone calls and gives you a reason to bring people back to your site.

Email notifications — configurable email sends for lead received, booking confirmation, job assigned, job completed and invoice issued. SMTP or PHP mail.

White-label branding — your business name, logo, colours, address and contact details throughout. Editable legal pages for privacy policy and terms. Ships with a fictional demo business so it never impersonates a real company.

What is included

Why it is different from other booking scripts

Most booking scripts stop at a calendar. This one carries the lead all the way to the invoice, and keeps the customer, the job, the money and the history in one record — so you are not stitching four tools together and reconciling them by hand.

It also has no framework underneath. No Composer install, no npm build, no vendor folder, no Node.js requirement. Copy the files to your host, import one SQL file, run the installer. If your host supports PHP, it runs. That matters when you want to hand the site to a client and the client changes web host in two years.

What you need

• PHP 8.0 or newer. Extensions: mysqli or PDO MySQL, mbstring, and GD or Imagick for image handling.
• MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.2+.
• Any Apache or Nginx host with PHP. Works on shared hosting and VPS.
• No Node.js. No Composer. No build step. No internet connection required after install.

What is not included

• Hosting and a domain are yours. This is self-hosted software — it runs on your server, and your data stays there.
• Payment gateway accounts are not included. The system records and tracks payments you have taken; connecting a live gateway is a configuration task, not a feature of this item.
• No recurring fees, no activation server, no phone-home. It does not call any external service unless you explicitly turn on the optional AI helper with your own API key.

Licence

Regular licence $29 — use it in one project, for yourself or one client.
Extended licence $99 — unlimited projects and unlimited clients. This is the one to buy if you are an agency or a web developer reselling to service businesses.

Either way: modify the source freely, including for client work. You may not resell or redistribute the source itself, and you may not remove the copyright notice. The full terms are on the listing page and in LICENSE.txt inside the package.

Installation

1. Upload the ZIP contents to your web root or a subdirectory.
2. Create a MySQL database and user.
3. Copy config/database.sample.php to config/database.php and enter your credentials.
4. Open the site in a browser — the installer walks through the remaining steps.
5. Create your admin account, either in the installer or with create_admin.php from the CLI.
6. Log in and run the setup checklist on the dashboard.

The whole install is about five minutes on a normal host. INSTALLATION.md covers shared hosting, VPS, subdirectory installs and troubleshooting a failed import, and DEPLOYMENT.md covers Nginx, permissions, backups and hardening.

• 1 year of update access — re-download the latest version any time during that period, including future updates.
• 6 months of technical support for installation, configuration and bug reports on the advertised features.
• Documentation ships in the package, so most questions are answered before you need to ask.
