Perfex Client Hub puts all of it next to the customer in Perfex CRM: a private file hub for every customer and project, and feedback boards with voting, a public roadmap and a changelog — in your client portal, with your permissions and your brand.

A file hub for every customer and project

• Folders and sub-folders with colours and descriptions; move, copy, rename, trash with restore, ZIP downloads.
• Drag and drop files or whole folders; large files upload in parts and resume after a dropped connection.
• Versions with notes and one-click restore; previews of images, PDF, video, audio and text.
• Tags, descriptions, search, grid and list views, bulk actions, files hidden from the customer.
• Also as Files tabs on the customer profile and in the project.

Who can open what

• Per folder: customer contacts (none, all or chosen ones) can view, upload or edit.
• Staff by their rights, by customer or project, or named people and roles; folders private to listed staff.
• Storage quotas per customer and for the whole hub, accepted file types, largest file, versions to keep.
• Activity log of uploads, downloads, shares and access changes, with CSV export.

Share links and upload requests

• Share a file or folder with anyone: expiry, password, download limit, view only, uploads into a shared folder, a log per link, revoke in one click.
• Ask for files: an upload request to a contact or any email address, with a due date, number of files, size and types. The client uploads from the portal or the link, presses "I am done", and reminders go out on their own.

A home for your clients in the portal

Requests waiting, latest files, their feedback and an Updates list. Files, requests, feedback and the roadmap in the customer menu. Works with Perfex's customer theme and with Perfex Design Studio's portal theme, light and dark, on phones too. Contacts choose emails right away, a daily or weekly summary, or none.

Feedback boards, voting and statuses

• Public, customers-only, one-customer or private boards for ideas, bug reports and questions, with categories and extra fields.
• Votes from contacts, from staff on behalf of customers, and from visitors confirmed by email; revenue impact of the voting customers.
• Comments with mentions, internal notes, statuses with public notes, merging of duplicates with undo.
• Link or create Perfex tickets, tasks and projects from a post.
• Moderation queue, limits, honeypot, blocked words and rate limits against spam.

Roadmap, changelog and widget

• Drag cards between Planned, In Progress and Done; a public roadmap page in your brand.
• Changelog entries linked to the posts they answer: voters and followers get an email; subscriptions, an Atom feed, scheduled publishing.
• An embeddable feedback widget for your website: one script tag, top ideas, voting and similar-post suggestions.

AI helpers, optional

With Perfex AI Staff: duplicate detection, thread summaries, tag and status suggestions and changelog drafts. AI only proposes — staff apply or dismiss. No names, email addresses or file contents are sent; without AI the same buttons use built-in rules.

Plugs into our other modules

Private files stay private

• Files outside the web root by default, under random names, streamed only after a permission check, with safe download headers.
• Uploads checked by content; scripts and programs refused.
• Hashed link tokens and passwords, no stored IP addresses, rate-limited public pages that show only what they were made for.
• CSRF-protected writes and permission checks on every request; a main switch, a DISABLE file and PCH_SAFE_MODE.
• No Perfex core file changed; multi-tenant installations with a database per tenant.

What is included

The installable module ZIP, offline HTML documentation, changelog and third-party license notices (Lucide icons under the ISC License with Feather-derived icons under the MIT License; Plus Jakarta Sans under the SIL Open Font License). Perfex CRM itself, hosting, storage and AI-provider subscriptions are not included.
