Commissions
- Programs by percent, profit, fixed amount per invoice or per unit, with volume bands (retroactive or marginal) per
  month, quarter or year and multipliers for chosen items, item groups, product categories or customer groups
- Beneficiaries: the invoice's sale agent, split shares per invoice, sales teams, roles, managers through a hierarchy,
  outside partners and customers
- Earned on payment (proportional to cash collected), on the invoice or on full payment; credit notes and refunds take
  it back within a clawback window; rules apply by invoice or payment date and every program change is versioned
- Bulk approval with an optional approver list and self-approval off by default, disputes with resolutions, closed
  periods, payout batches with partial payments and optional Perfex expenses, statements as PDF and e-mail, sales
  targets with accelerators, My Next Payout per currency
Customer rewards
- Points on payments with expiry, reminders and bonuses for signup, birthday, first purchase and reviews
- Membership tiers by points or spend with member discount, points multiplier, tags, free-shipping flag and grace days
- Redemption on unpaid invoices as Perfex credit notes, by staff or by customers in the customer area
- Coupons with limits and scopes, one-time code batches downloaded once as CSV, promotions confirmed by staff
- Referral links with web-to-lead attribution, partner statements in the customer area
Ledger and tools
- Append-only ledger with exact decimal arithmetic, monthly exchange rates (a missing rate is never treated as 1),
  date-range recalculation with preview, refund attribution, a daily integrity check and imports with undo
- Reports with CSV export: commission, payable, targets, points, liability, tiers, coupon usage, referral funnel
