Time tracking, weekly timesheet approvals, meetings and client screen support inside Perfex CRM. A timer in the Perfex header writes task time into Perfex's own task timers, so task timesheets, project hours and Bill tasks on invoices keep working. People send their week; approvers approve in bulk, send back with a note and lock billed weeks. Reports by person, project, customer, task and week show billable share and utilisation and export to CSV and Excel. Meetings — agenda only, private Jitsi or Zoom — end in next steps that become Perfex tasks, with calendar invitations and reminders. Client Support lets you see a customer's screen, view-only and only after they agree. No screenshots, keystrokes or website tracking.

Perfex TeamPulse brings time tracking, weekly timesheet approvals, honest reports, meetings and client screen support into Perfex CRM — next to the projects, tasks, customers and invoices they belong to. Time on tasks is written into Perfex's own task timers, so everything that already bills from them keeps working.

A timer on every Perfex page

• Header timer: pick a task you are assigned to — recent ones first — or general work, add a note, start, pause, resume, stop.
• Manual entries and corrections in each person's time zone; no overlapping entries; one running timer per person.
• Daily limit warnings, automatic stop of forgotten timers and an optional weekday reminder.
• Your week day by day or as a grid; on phones the timer floats at the bottom.

Task time becomes Perfex task timers — at once, or only after the week is approved. The task timesheet, project hours, Bill tasks on invoices and Perfex Cash & Capacity see it without an extra step. Billable follows the task, the hourly rate is kept, invoiced tasks are protected, and timers started with Perfex's own button are picked up too — including your existing timer history.

Invite a customer contact; they read what will happen, agree and pick one window or screen to share. View-only: no remote control, no background watching, nothing recorded. Optional voice, links that expire, your company name and colours on the page, your own TURN relay and STUN servers named to the customer, and an outcome note the contact sees in the client portal.

Privacy built in

• TeamPulse records the time people declare and the meetings they hold — never screenshots, keystrokes, websites, window titles or location.
