Support is provided for installation, initial configuration, and issues related to the original SentinelCore source code.

Before requesting support:

1. Read the included README.MD and follow the installation instructions.
2. Make sure Node.js 18+ and npm are installed.
3. Run npm install to install the required dependencies.
4. Configure your .env file using the included .env.example.
5. Verify that the required Discord Gateway Intents and bot permissions are enabled.
6. Run the command deployment process described in the README.

When requesting support, please provide:
- A clear description of the issue
- The relevant error message or console output
- Your Node.js version
- The steps that caused the issue

Never send your Discord bot token, passwords, API keys, or other private credentials.

Support covers the original SentinelCore product and documented setup process. Custom development, major modifications, third-party hosting configuration, and issues caused by modified source code are not included in standard support.
