The support mailbox is in one tab, WhatsApp on somebody's phone, the website chat in another tool, and the CRM knows nothing about any of it. Perfex Inbox All-in-One puts every message in one team inbox inside Perfex CRM — assigned, answered on time and linked to the contact, lead or customer it belongs to.

Connect what your customers already use

• Email over IMAP/SMTP for any mail server, with provider presets and a connection test. No PHP IMAP extension needed.
• Gmail / Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 / Outlook sign-in through apps you create in your own Google Cloud and Microsoft Entra accounts — a step-by-step guide and the redirect URI are on the settings page. No central app: nobody else sees your mail.
• WhatsApp Business through Meta's Cloud API with approved templates, or the number of a WhatsApp module you already use (with its history imported).
• Live chat widget for your website and the Perfex client portal, in your colour, light or dark.
• Web forms, SMS through your Perfex SMS gateway, Instagram Direct and Facebook Messenger.

Built for a team

• Views for Mine, Unassigned, All open, Mentions and following, SLA due and missed; channels and labels with counts; search, filters and sorting.
• Statuses open, pending, snoozed and closed; priorities; assign or take; internal notes with @mentions; followers; labels.
• Collision detection: see when a colleague is already writing a reply.

• Unknown senders on chosen channels can become leads automatically (off by default).

The inbox sorts itself

• Rules on new conversations, customer messages, waiting time and status changes: assign, round robin within a team, labels, priority, team, snooze, notify, spam.
• Automatic replies with placeholders and loop protection.
• Teams, business hours with holidays and time zones, SLA policies for first response, next response and resolution, with warnings and missed-target views.

AI helpers, optional

With Perfex AI Staff: reply drafts in the customer's language, thread summaries with next steps, routing proposals and translation. AI only proposes — nothing is sent or changed until a person does it. Email addresses, phone numbers and links are removed before anything reaches the AI.

Reports and notifications

New conversations, messages, replies, first response and resolution time (median and 90th percentile), SLA met, per channel, mailbox, label and agent, busiest hours, CSV export. Perfex bells for assignments, mentions, SLA warnings and failing channels, chosen by each person, and an optional daily summary.

Your customers' messages stay yours

• Passwords and tokens encrypted with your installation key and never shown again.
• Attachments outside the web root, streamed only after a permission check with safe download headers.
• Emails in a sandboxed frame; remote pictures only after Show images.
• Webhooks verified with a key per channel and the provider's signature; rate-limited chat and forms with spam protection; visitor IPs only as keyed hashes.
• CSRF-protected writes and permission checks on every request; a main switch, pause, a DISABLE file and PINB_SAFE_MODE.
• No Perfex core file changed; multi-tenant installations with a database per tenant.

What is included

The installable module ZIP, offline HTML documentation, changelog and third-party license notices (Lucide icons under the ISC License with Feather-derived icons under the MIT License; Plus Jakarta Sans under the SIL Open Font License). Perfex CRM itself, hosting, mail accounts, WhatsApp/SMS/Meta provider fees and AI-provider subscriptions are not included.
