Opening a support ticket
- Open the product page of the item you purchased and go to the Support tab, or head to Workspace → Support Center.
- Select the item and describe your problem in as much detail as possible: what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Screenshots and error messages help a lot.
- Submit the ticket. The author is notified immediately.
Following the conversation
- All replies happen inside the ticket thread in your Workspace — you will also receive notifications when the author responds.
- Keep the conversation on the platform so there is a record if anything needs to be reviewed later.
Tips for faster answers
- One issue per ticket keeps things focused.
- Mention your environment (PHP version, WordPress version, device, browser) where relevant.
- Check the item documentation and existing comments first — your question may already be answered.
