What "no support" means
Products listed as not supported are sold as-is. The author has made it explicitly clear that no assistance will be provided after purchase. This means:
- The author may decline any support request without explanation
- There is no obligation to answer installation questions, bug reports, or usage queries
- Lack of support is not a valid ground for a refund, dispute, or chargeback
You still have options
- Documentation — most items ship with setup instructions inside the download package.
- Comments — browse the product's comment section; many common questions are already answered there. You can still post a question, though the author is not obliged to reply.
- Hire help — for complex customization, consider hiring a developer through our Services section.
When a refund is still possible
Even for unsupported products, you may request a refund if:
- The product does not match the demo or preview
- Advertised features are missing
- The files are corrupted, incomplete, or unusable
- You accidentally purchased the item twice
