All products on SellMyCode are digital downloads, so refunds are only issued in specific circumstances. If you believe your purchase qualifies, follow these steps:
- Act quickly — refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

- Include the following details:
- Your order number
- The product name
- A clear description of the issue, with screenshots where possible
