Common reasons for a declined refund
- The request was submitted too late. Refund requests must reach us within 24 hours of purchase.
- The reason falls under non-refundable situations — change of mind, lack of technical skill, or dissatisfaction with a product that matches its description.
- The product description was accurate. If the item works as described and as shown in the demo, "it isn't what I expected" is not a valid ground.
- The files were modified. Once you alter the downloaded code, we can no longer verify the original condition of the product.
- Missing information. Requests without an order number or a clear description of the problem cannot be verified.
What you can do instead
- If the product is supported, open a support ticket with the author — most technical problems are solved this way.
- Check the item's documentation and the comments section on the product page.
- If you found a genuine defect, reply to our support email with additional evidence (screenshots, error logs) and we will take another look.
