Eligible situations
Because all products are digital and considered delivered once available for download, sales are generally final. A refund may be considered only in these cases:
- Product not as described — the item is significantly different from the description on the listing.
- Corrupted or unusable files — the files are incomplete or broken and the seller cannot resolve the issue.
- Duplicate purchase — you accidentally bought the same product twice.
- Technical issues — a platform error prevented you from accessing your files.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lacking the technical skill to use the code
- Personal dissatisfaction with the design or features when the product matches its description
- Failure to read the product description before buying
- Files that were modified after download
