• One layout frames every Perfex email: logo, colours, card and footer. Any email can get its own design with a summary table and a button.
• Table-based HTML for Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail, dark-mode colours, preheader; preview and send a test to yourself.
• Perfex keeps its own texts, languages and merge fields; plain-text emails stay as they are.

The right template for every customer

• A default per document type, plus rules by customer, group, currency, language, country, brand or status.

• Brands: trading names with their own details, logo and colour.

Payment QR codes and e-invoices

• EPC / SEPA QR codes that banking apps scan to pay, checked before printing; link and text QR codes.

• With Perfex AI Staff: a first design from your logo and description, better wording for terms, notes and emails. AI only proposes; nothing is published by AI.
• Brain Pro widgets, Sentinel audit events and a branded Deliverables handover PDF when those modules are installed.

A template can fail. Your invoice can't.

• If anything goes wrong while a template is drawn, that one document is printed with Perfex's standard design and the failure is logged; administrators can be notified.
• Only published templates that are the default or picked by a rule reach customers.
• Switches for PDFs and emails, a DISABLE file and a safe-mode constant that work without signing in; deactivate and Perfex's own documents are back at once.

Built the Perfex way

• No core file or my_ view changed: Perfex's own PDF and email hooks.
• Permissions for viewing, creating, editing, publishing, deleting and settings; previews only for records the staff member may open.
• CSRF-protected writes, template text cleaned on save and at print time, no outside pictures or files read by the PDF engine, no secrets in the browser.
• Multi-tenant installations with a database per tenant.

What is included

The installable module ZIP, offline HTML documentation, changelog and third-party license notices (Lucide icons under the ISC License with Feather-derived icons under the MIT License; Plus Jakarta Sans, Carlito, Noto Serif, Noto Naskh Arabic and Rubik under the SIL Open Font License). Perfex CRM itself, hosting and AI-provider subscriptions are not included.
